  • How do I charge a ColorMeter?
    Hello, the ColorMeters are shipped with a Type C USB lead which can be pluged into any USB port to charge.
  • How do I calibrate my CS-500/520
    Hello! The CS-500 automatically calibrates when it is placed in the holder/charging station, if you look in you will see the White tile calibration at the bottom.
  • Can the Colormeters measure metallics?
    The ColorMeter Pro and Max can measure metallics. The Exact is a 45/0 device and not reccomended for metallics. We also stock 2 multi-angled Spectrophotometers (CS-390/392) which are perfect for metallics.
  • Where can I find the APP?
    The App is on the Play store and App Store. The Play store App can be a little difficult to find at times. Contact up via email and we will send you a link or the apk file.
