The 500 & 520 Auto calibrate and charges when placed in the base unit.

The 500 series connects to the CM APP available for free on Android and iOS devices. The CM App allows you to measure, compare and save readings on your mobile device.

Cloud Database

The 500 Series connects with the CM App and PC Software where you can create your own database of colours. The colours you save can be recalled and used to compare sample colours.

Auto Calibration

Changes in temperature and humidity can effect colours, so calibrating your devices regularly throughout the working day can help with the accuracy of your measurement data. However this takes time and it is a task not be rushed, as a speck of dust, a scratch, smear or poor contact can result in a poor calibration, which will effect measurement data. The 500 series automatically calibrates (and charges) when the device is sat in its base unit, saving time and ensures consistent accurate measurement data.
