Shipment Processing Time

We endeavour to process all orders within 2-3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

At www.colourmeters.co.uk, we ship to addresses within the UK, the EU, and the USA. Please be aware that we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Unless otherwise agreed, www.colourmeters.co.uk is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes levied on your order. Any additional charges incurred during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Damages

www.colourmeters.co.uk is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. However, do save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and get in touch with us if this happens.

After the 30-day period, refunds will no longer be available. We encourage our customers to try the product within the first two weeks of purchase to ensure it meets your needs.
